Art for apartments, hotels and business premises

Original paintings, small-edition prints and giclée prints of the sea, olive trees and Split — for spaces where guests stay, wait or work. A selection suited to each room, prices on request.

Apartments

Guests see an apartment in photographs first, and a picture on the wall is what turns a furnished room into a finished one. Most of the prints share one format, 32 × 45 cm, so they work as a series: each unit gets its own motif while the whole property stays consistent. Prints are made in small editions of no more than three — your wall won’t look like everyone else’s.

Hotels and restaurants

For lobbies, corridors and restaurants, larger original works can be chosen, or a series with a common motif agreed. Works by the ART More association have been shown in hotels, apartments, cafés and restaurants for years, and Dubravka Vojnović’s work is held in well-known hotels and Split galleries.

Offices and business premises

A waiting room, office or reception with the Peristyle, the Cathedral of St Domnius or the Dalmatian coast tells a visitor where they are before anyone speaks.

Motifs

The sea and sailing boats, gajetas and fishing boats, olive trees, Adriatic fish, the churches and bell towers of Dalmatian towns, Split’s Peristyle — the Dalmatia guests come to see, painted by hand by two artists from Split.

Who selects the work

Rudi Milat graduated in 1983 from the Academy of Arts in Split, in the class of Professor Petar Jakelić, and has exhibited since 1979; he teaches art and was the first president of the ART More art association. Dubravka Vojnović is a member of HULU Split and HDLU Zagreb.

Frequently asked questions

How much do the works cost?
Prices are on request. For several works, a price is agreed for the whole selection.
Can I see the work in person?
Yes — the studio is in Split, and visits are by appointment.
Can I order a series for several rooms?
Yes. Prints in the same format combine most easily into a series, and for larger spaces a series with a common motif or format can be agreed.
What is the difference between a print and a giclée?
Prints are made in small editions of no more than three. A giclée is a high-quality print of an existing painting, 40 × 60 cm.
